: (1) After receiving the registration certificate as per Section 15, the organization or association may conduct the necessary business, business, industry or project under this Act and Regulations to achieve the objectives as per Section 24. Will be able to.
(2) A cooperative bank can operate its business or service only after obtaining a license from Nepal Rastra Bank.
(3) Regardless of what is written in the existing law, the organization or association shall not be required to register a separate organization to conduct business, business, industry or project as per sub-section (1). However, in order to operate such business, business, industry or project, a permit, approval or license should be obtained according to the prevailing law. (4) According to sub-section (3), if the organization or association obtains a permit, approval or license from an authorized body or official according to the prevailing law, it shall inform the registrar or the official authorized by the registrar within fifteen days.
(5) Two or more organizations or associations may, jointly or in partnership, conduct necessary business, business, industry or project for the marketing of their products or services subject to this Act.
(6) Other arrangements related to conducting business, business, industry or project as per sub-section (5) shall be as prescribed.
(7) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the organization or association may sell the products of the business, business, industry or project operated under sub-section (1) under the cooperative brand. However, according to the prevailing law, approval of such a brand should be obtained from the relevant body.
(8) The procedure and basis for issuing the certificate of origin of the goods produced by the organization or association shall be as prescribed.
